Our showroom is open Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, and Sunday by appointment

Do you do custom work?
We are proud to say that we only offer custom millwork and unfortunately do not carry any ready made cabinets.

How long have you been open for?
Landmark has been around since 2006, and is proud to continuously be able growing and expand.

Do you supply countertops?
Landmark does in fact supply countertops, there is a wide range to choose from such as Cambria, Silestone, Caesarstone, Quartex, etc.


How much does it cost?
We are frequently asked about cost, the price depends a lot of factors involving dimensions, materials, colours, accessories, countertops, etc.

The most effective way to get a price is by either bringing in or emailing us a description of what you are looking for and the dimensions, when those key items are provided, a price can be determined.

How do you determine pricing for closets?
Pricing is based on the style of closet you wish to inquire, whether it is floor mounted or wall hung, the material you wish to have, the amount of drawers, the amount of closet accessories, and the size of your space.

Pricing for closets are all based off linear square feet.
Adding accessories, extra drawers are all additional costs.

What payment methods do you accept?
Landmark accepts payment by Cheque or Cash & Luxor Accessories accepts payment by Mastercard, Visa, Debit, Cheque or Cash.


Where is the cabinetry manufactured?
All cabinetry, millwork, and finishing is manufactured right at our location. We at Landmark are very proud of this as our clients have the opportunity to witness their dream project come together.

Turnover time?
Turnover time all depends on the product you are inquiring. However in normal circumstances turnover time usually can vary in between 6-8 weeks from signing to the contract and the project being completed.


How do I get a quote?
Landmark can offer a quote, on the condition if dimensions are given via email or brought in along with rough ideas of requirements and specifications of the space (e.g. solid wood doors, built in stool, servo drive, etc). Any addition of accesories or changes are additional costs.

How long does it take to get a quote?
You will receive a quote within 48 hours upon request via email.

Can I see a 3D version proof of my space?
Absolutely! Creating a 3D version of your space is part of the experience when specificing your space.The digital proof will give you a visual idea of the design, layout, and how it will look in real life. This is so that our clients can have further representation of their project, in which many cases leads to final changes/improvements as another perspective is introduced.

Creating a 3D version of a space will require a deposit of $400.00. If 3D version is approved and the project does go into production, the $400.00 will be reimbursed.

What is your cancellation policy?
Once a project has been approved, and contract has been signed, it cannot be cancelled.
